When Will My Order Arrive?

Your order will be processed and shipped within 5 business days after it’s placed. Typically, your package will arrive 10–20 business days after it ships, depending on your location and the carrier.  

Please note that delays can occasionally happen due to:  
- Customs inspections or clearance.  
- Transportation delays caused by shipping carriers.  

We’ll do our best to minimize these delays, and we appreciate your understanding as we work to get your order to you.

Do You Ship Worldwide?  

Yes, absolutely! We’re happy to deliver to customers all over the globe. However, if we’re unable to ship to your country due to logistics restrictions, we’ll notify you right away and work with you to adjust your order. Can I Change My Shipping Address? 

Yes, changes to your shipping address can be made up until 11:00 PM (Pacific Time) on the same day you place your order. If you need to make changes, reach out to us at service@justbeslim.com before this cutoff time.

Can I Ship to a Different Address from My Billing Address? 

Of course! If you’d like your package to be delivered somewhere other than your billing address, simply enter the desired shipping address during checkout.

How Will My Order Be Shipped?

We process and ship orders on business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be shipped the following Monday.  

Some of your items may ship from local warehouses, while others may be produced and shipped directly from our factories in the United States, Canada, or Australia. This ensures both quality and a smooth shipping process.
