How can I place an order?

Placing an order is simple:  

1. Add the items you want to your shopping cart.  
2. Choose to complete checkout either directly on our website or through PayPal.  
   - To continue through our website, click the green “Checkout” button on the right-hand side of the screen.  
   - To use PayPal, simply click the PayPal button.  
3. On the Customer Information page, enter the following details:  
   - Email address  
   - Name  
   - Shipping address  
4. If you have a discount code, enter it in the "Discount" field on the right-hand side and click "Apply" to see your savings reflected.  
5. Click “Continue to Shipping Method” to confirm your delivery details (and ensure your shipping address is correct if it’s different from your billing address).  
6. Next, proceed to “Payment Method” where you can enter your payment details. Ensure your shipping and billing information are accurate.  
7. Click the “Complete Order” button. Once processed, you'll see an order summary on-screen and receive an email confirmation with your order details.

What if I receive the wrong items or items are missing from my order?

If your order is missing items or you received an incorrect product, contact our support team at service@justbeslim.com. Please include your Order Number and attach a photo for proof (file size under 1MB). We’ll send the correct item out right away at no additional cost to you—and the incorrect item is yours to keep, with no need to return it!

How will I know my order was successfully placed?

You’ll receive an email confirmation with your Order Number and a breakdown of your purchase. If you don’t see it right away, check your spam or promotions inbox.

What if I need to change my order?

Orders can be modified up until 10:00 PM (Pacific Time) on the day they are placed. To request changes, please email us at service@justbeslim.com.

How do I add items to my cart?

1. Navigate to the product page of the item you want to buy.  
2. Select any preferences (e.g., size, color). Then, click “Add to Cart.”  
3. On the “Shopping Cart” page, you can adjust the quantity of each item. Want to keep shopping? No problem—your cart will save your items for checkout later.  

How do I view my cart?

Click on the Cart icon at the top of the page to view your order. From here, you can:  
- Adjust the quantity of each item.  
- Remove items by clicking the “Remove” link.  

How do I remove an item from my cart?

Go to your cart by clicking the icon at the top right of the page. Next to each item listed, you’ll see a “Remove” option—click it, and the page will refresh to show the updated contents of your cart.

How do I change item quantities in my cart?

In your cart, adjust the quantity by typing the desired number into the “Quantity” box next to the item. The subtotal will update automatically to reflect the changes.

Which browsers work best with your website?

For the best experience, we recommend using Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:  
- Major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover  
- PayPal  
- Apple Pay  

How do I pay with PayPal?

PayPal provides a quick and secure way to pay online. When you’re ready to check out:  
1. Click the PayPal button during checkout.  
2. You’ll be directed to the PayPal website to log in and complete payment.  

Be sure your PayPal details are correct for a hassle-free process.

How do I use a discount code?

1. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.  
2. When you reach the Customer Information page, look for the “Discount” field in the top-right corner of the page.  
3. Enter your code, then click “Apply.” You’ll see the discount applied in the order summary.  

What is your return and exchange policy?

How do I return an item?

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders may be canceled up until 11:00 PM (Pacific Time) on the day they are placed. For cancellations after this time, please contact us at service@justbeslim.com, and we’ll do our best to help.

Is ordering online secure?

Absolutely. We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your credit card and personal information during transactions. Your data stays safe with us.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Yes, we use a trusted credit card processor and AES-256 encryption to keep your payment information secure.
