How to get a refund

Order Cancellations

We strive to fulfill your orders efficiently, but if you need to cancel, we’ve made the process simple. Orders can be canceled for a full refund only if the product has not yet been shipped or entered production. Once the item has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.  

Return Policy  

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Here’s what you need to know:  
1. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.  
2. A proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.  
3. Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer. Instead, email us at service@justbeslim.com for return instructions and the return address.  

Key Notes on Returns:  
- Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs, even for returns.  
- We do not charge restocking fees.  

Refunds

As soon as your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed promptly, and the credit will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., credit card) within several business days.  

Late or Missing Refunds  

If your refund hasn’t arrived yet, here’s what you can do:  
1. Check your bank account again to ensure it didn’t go through unnoticed.  
2. Contact your credit card company, as they may take extra time to post the refund.  
3. Reach out to your bank, as there may be processing delays.

How to Start a Return
